Volunteer Assignments:
Please note that some volunteer roles are assigned by event range. Traditional swim meets are divided into two halves:

  • First half: Events #1–#36
  • A short break follows Event #36 (approximately 15 minutes)
  • Second half: Events #37–#82

Be sure to review the event ranges when selecting your volunteer assignment.

    • Arrival time: no later than 8:00am (for check-in and warm-ups)

  • Younger swimmers (ages 5–8)
    • Swim during the second half
    • Start time: approximately 11:30 AM
    • Arrival time: no later than 11:00 AM (for check-in and warm-ups)
