Join us for a taco dinner (available for purchase) as we kick off the season! Swimmers will enjoy time with teammates before their first meet, and families will have the chance to meet and thank our generous sponsors. Don't miss the photo booth to capture the fun!

Help us make Friday night a success by bringing a little something to share! Check your last name below to see what your family is assigned: 

•A – C: 16 oz. bottled water

•D – F: 12-pack sparkling water

•G – L: 12-pack of canned soda or pack of 20oz Gatorade

•M – R: 18-pack of individually packaged chips

•S – Z: Individually packaged desserts (no pies or cakes, please)

Swimmer Declaration: Please declare your swimmer no later than Wednesday of the week of the swim meet.

Volunteer Assignments:
Please note that some volunteer roles are assigned by event range. Traditional swim meets are divided into two halves:

  • First half: Events #1–#36
  • A short break follows Event #36 (approximately 15 minutes)
  • Second half: Events #37–#82

Be sure to review the event ranges when selecting your volunteer assignment.

There will be no swim practice today. Swimmers will need to wear the team swimsuit and a team shirt for the picture.

Photo Schedule by Age Group:
3:30 PM — 4-6 Year Olds
4:00 PM — 7-8 Year Olds
4:50 PM — 9-10 Year Olds
5:40 PM — 11-12 Year Olds
6:20 PM — 13-18 Year Olds

Please arrive 10 minutes prior. Refer to the band app for more information, including FAQ and the order form!
