Last call for swim team sponsors

The cutoff for new sponsors who will provide us with a new logo for banners or t-shirts is March 9th. If you are an existing sponsor and would like to support the team again this season, the sponsorship cut-off is March 15th, as we already have your information printed and ready to go for an amazing swim season. We appreciate your investment in the children and hope to bring you new business opportunities. March 7 at 8:00 AM – Existing families & Green Valley residents

March 9 at 8:00 AM – Open to all families

New for the 2026 season

The committee has been working behind the scenes to make the swim season smoother, more enjoyable, and more efficient for everyone. Here are a few highlights to look forward to:

Kickoff Dinner Refresh: Our season kickoff dinner will have a fresh new vibe this year, including a fun taco-themed dinner to start the season together.

Picture Day Improvements: We've streamlined the process to make picture day faster and more efficient for families and swimmers. Pictures will be taken at the adult clubhouse (17250 Los Jardines West) on Thursday, May 14. Beginning this season, each swimmer will receive 4 individual wallet pictures and 1 team picture. This is included in the registration fee! New this year, all photos will be professionally edited and retouched for a polished, high-quality finish. Additional products will be available for purchase. More info will be shared closer to picture day!

Volunteer Process Updates: We’ve clarified and refined our process for covering volunteer shifts and updated our fine policy. These changes are intended to create clearer expectations, improve meet-day operations, and ensure shifts are covered so events run smoothly for all families.

Family Ice Cream Social: This is an opportunity for families (new and returning) to connect with other parents, ask questions, and preview merchandise for the upcoming season.

New Parent Information Night: Invite a new family to hear about our program! March 5 at 7:00 PM in the adult clubhouse (17250 Los Jardines West)

Sports Basement Fountain Valley is offering an exclusive discount for our swim team family! Basementeers can score 20% discount (non-basementeers can save 11%) from March 6 to March 15. The flyer is available on our website. Some exclusions apply!
