Hi Green Valley Swim Team Families,

We’re excited to kick off planning for the 2026 swim season and wanted to share a few important dates along with a sneak peek at what’s new this year!

Key Dates to Know

• New Parent Information Night: March 5 at 7:00 PM in the adult clubhouse (17250 Los Jardines West)
• Registration:

March 7 at 8:00 AM – Existing families & Green Valley residents

March 9 at 8:00 AM – Open to all families

The registration link will be available on our website when registration opens.

• Ice Cream Social for new and returning swimmers: March 26 at 7:00 PM at the adult clubhouse
• Season begins: March 30

What’s New This Season

The committee has been working behind the scenes to make the swim season smoother, more enjoyable, and more efficient for everyone. Here are a few highlights to look forward to:

• Kickoff Dinner Refresh: Our season kickoff dinner will have a fresh new vibe this year, including a fun taco-themed dinner to start the season together.
• Picture Day Improvements: We’ve streamlined the process to make picture day faster and more efficient for families and swimmers.
• Volunteer Process Updates: We’ve clarified and refined our process for covering volunteer shifts and updated our fine policy. These changes are intended to create clearer expectations, improve meet-day operations, and ensure shifts are covered so events run smoothly for all families.

Registration Fees

Registration fees will increase by $25 per swimmer across all age groups. This adjustment helps us keep pace with rising costs, including coaches’ compensation, pool supplies, and overall program expenses.

More details on registration, policies, and upcoming events will be shared closer to the season and posted on the website.

We’re looking forward to another great season of swimming, teamwork, and community.
