Registration for Green Valley Swim Team is open to new and returning swimmers.

To register for the upcoming season, complete the following form, which includes multiple releases. You should have all your medical information available before you begin, since there is a 30-minute timer on each page, and partially completed forms are not saved. If this is your first time filling out this form, you will receive an account activation email so that you can create an account password. If you have swam with Green Valley before, please use your previous login/password to fill out this form and save time.
